A New Texas Nonsubscibers Program
U.S. Specialty Insurance Company is a leading provider of Primary Employers Indemnity
(PEI) coverage to the Dairy Industry in Texas. USSIC is expanding part of this coverage into
New Mexico with a focus on the Dairy Industry. Th is program provides work related medical
and wage replacement benefi ts, including AD&D benefi ts. Shortly, additional coverage for
Employers Liability and defense cost coverages are to be provided. Th is product is designed
for employers who choose not to purchase workers compensation for their employees that are
exempt from coverage under New Mexico statutes.

The Employer Reimbursement Insurance Plan pays up to the policy limits you select for covered
expenses related to occupational injury, occupational disease, or employment related cumulative
trauma. An ERISA plan will be issued along with your policy. Th e ERISA plan provides
administrative rules and guidelines for the processing of your occupational injuries.
