Information Required to Quote Hired & Non-Owned Auto Insurance for Food Delivery:

Completed, signed, and dated Colemont hired/non-owned (H/NO) auto application.

Five years of currently valued loss experience pertaining to the H/NO coverage.

Copy of the driver’s safety manual or the insured’s written driver’s instructions.

Expiration date of the insured’s H/NO auto coverage.

Quotes will not be given on accounts that have a lapse in coverage - proper H/NO auto coverage required.

Food delivery accounts that are non-pizza require a minimum of three years in business and loss experience evidencing coverage for those years.
Ineligible States:

H/NO auto coverage is unavailable in Hawaii, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.

New York state locations are eligible, provided the mailing address of the account is not in New York and the New York exposures are a small portion of the overall account.

Five years of currently valued hard copy loss runs are required, unless the account is a start up operation or part of a master policy program. If a start up, a written description of the owner’s past experience in food delivery management is required. If part of a master program, the insured must list any losses on the application, as they will become part of the policy.
