Tim began his career at Fenchurch Group Brokers in 1984. He then worked at Heath Lambert and JLT, where he consolidated his reputation as one of the insurance industry's leading brokers in the global aviation business. He has worked with international clients in the fixed wing aircraft and helicopter sectors and with some of the market’s largest insured fleets. As well as civiil aviation, Tim's experience includes high level government work in the military sector.

Tim's expertise in the aviation market is genuinely global, but over the years he has developed particularly strong business relationships in Central and South America. He is now one of the industry's leading specialists in the region.
