John commenced his insurance career as an aviation claims broker at  Rattner Mackenzie in 2004 working on all aspects of negotiation and settlements. He then moved over to join the broking team as a wordings and settlement technician, working on a varied portfolio. From there, John moved to Arthur J Gallagher in 2007 and his strong technical background and confident personality soon found him broking to underwriters and managing high profile accounts within the company.

John joined Colemont in July this year where he continues to work on extending his market  relationships and experience.
