Prior to joining Colemont, Alla Giddings served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development for Marsh McLennan Inc. where she was responsible for business development in the Former Soviet Union. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the insurance industry having worked as an underwriter at the start of her career and spending the rest of her time in a broking capacity.

Alla holds a BA in Economics and International Trade from New York University as well as an MBA in Insurance Management from The College of Insurance, New York.
