Gavin began his Insurance career in 1985 at C.E. Heath and spent 15 years working in the Construction and Engineering Division placing business for major engineering contractors and energy companies. In 2000 Gavin turned his attention to major operational Property and Industrial business and in 2004 he joined HSBC’s International Property Division.  In 2007 he moved to HSBC’s Reinsurance Practice where he continued to develop the  Facultative Property and Engineering business with a specific focus on Latin America. 

Gavin is now an integral part of the Property, Casualty & Treaty Division at Colemont and will be developing the International portfolio of business.
