Elliot is Compliance Officer for Colemont Insurance Brokers Limited. In this role he has overall responsibility for ensuring that Colemont is in full compliance with all applicable Financial Services Authority rules and regulations, Lloyd's requirements and those of the overseas jurisdictions in which it operates.

Elliot has nine years experience within the insurance industry, having previously held the position of Compliance Manager at Aon Benfield Limited, and prior to that working for Ernst & Young as a consultant in their Financial Services division.
